Henry McGrath is an acclaimed actor and theatre director. He trained at RADA on the MA Theatre LAB. He was a principal performer at the multi-award winning Polish company, Song of the Goat theatre, touring on all projects 2014-18. He played the title role of Hamlet in the company's celebrated production, Crazy God.
Henry appeared as Egon Schiele in BBC Two's Dangerous Desires working with Amit Lahav, Artistic Director of the award-winning company, Gecko Theatre.

Henry is Co-director at The Eden's Cave Company, a laboratory theatre company and cultural work centre based in the Forest of Dean. He is Deputy-Artistic director at Animikii Theatre. His work is concerned with illuminating the human experience. His performances are poetic and dramatic expressions on universal subjects that have been described as “Gripping and intense, grand and ambitious” (Upstaged, Manchester on Animikii Theatre's Origins).
He teaches Acting and Physical Theatre at Plymouth Conservatoire, Manchester Metropolitan University and Manchester University.
Henry will appear as the Guest lead in BBC’ ‘Doctors’ on 12th December 2019
Henry finished filming on ‘The Alienist’ Season 2 in the summer. It will be out in March 2020
