Henry McGrath is a British filmmaker with a diverse artistic background, having worked extensively as a theatre-maker and actor with experimental theatre groups across Europe and the UK. His debut short film, Red Bird, won Best Experimental Film at the Ephemere Film Festival in London, received two nominations and several honourable mentions, and was officially selected for eight international film festivals.

He is also Founder of The Solo School, a hybrid educational centre offering a space for artists across disciplines to develop their creative practice and form projects. He works at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and at institutions worldwide, supporting emerging performance artists and filmmakers to build original stories.
